Most of what Dave left behind is in the form of the ideas that he brought to people and the motivation he left them with.

• GridSearch, Dave was one of the first to realize that graphical methods become unwieldy and impractical after you include more than a couple of factors and responses.  Note the GridSearch that took five minutes when he wrote this doesn't even make the processor burp today.
