Experiment Design

The experiment design is a plan for collecting and analyzing data to answer certain clearly stated questions relevant to the needs of the experimenter; that is, a strategy for achieving a project objective.

The experiment design that you generate in STRATEGY for Windows is a list of the trials to be run in the experiment detailing the run order and the settings for each factor in each trial. The experiment design is also referred to as the X-List.
