Run Order (RUNORD)

The run order, in the first column named RUNORD, is the order in which the data is to be collected or was collected. If the true run order is 1, 2, 3, ... down the column, then use the default option provided for quick entry of that sequence.

If you did not record the run order then you have to fake the RUNORD. You cannot leave the RUNORD column blank. If the run order has been faked, then the plot of the residuals against the run order will be meaningless.
