The STRATEGY for Windows Spreadsheet form has an Edit Menu that offers both standard and custom editing commands.

Standard Commands

Cut removes the selected data, and places the selection in the Windows Clipboard.

Copy places a copy of the selection in the Windows Clipboard.

Paste copies whatever is in the Clipboard to the current insertion point, if possible.

Repeat Previous copies whatever is in the cell above to the current cell. Useful for entering repetitive values.

Column Editing Commands

Append a Column displays the Column Heading Dialog Box so that you can name the new column. If you provide a unique column name, a new column will be added at the far right of the worksheet.

Insert a Column inserts a column before or after the currently selected column. The Column Heading Dialog Box is displayed so that you can assign a unique name to the new column.

Remove a Column allows you to either remove a column entirely or simply clear all of the data in that column.

Rename a Column Heading allows you assign a new name to any column. You must provide a new name for the column. If you want your original column name back, you can rename the column again later.

Sort by Column allows you to sort your data by up to three columns. The Column Sort form will appear if you select this option.

Row Editing Commands

Insert a Row provides a blank row in which you can record an additional run. You will prompted to see if you want to insert it before or after the current row.

Remove a Row removes the currently selected row entirely or simply clear all of the data in that row.
