Strategy Text Editor
The STRATEGY Text Editor is specifically designed to handle simple text files,
and it is the form that appears when you select Open or Open Text File from
the File Menu on most forms. The primary purpose for this form is to display and
print regression output files, but it will handle any of the text files that
STRATEGY requires and produces.
The text editor offers a choice between a normal word processor view and a
page layout view displaying the paper edges and the margins. Use the options on
the View Menu for this.Note that the form is resizeable so that you can use your
entire screen if you desire.
The STRATEGY Text Editor is the one form in STRATEGY for Windows that can be
opened while other STRATEGY forms are open. Use the Alt-TAB key combination to
switch between the STRATEGY for Windows form that you are working on and the
text editor. When you close the text editor, you will return to the form you
were working on. If you close STRATEGY for Windows with the text editor open, it
will automatically be closed.
