X,Y List Options Form

When you open this form you will see five options for creating or editing a file of your data. The X columns will be the settings of the input factors in your experiment. The Y columns will be the measured responses, the outcomes, the performance of the product.

This list is the set of data from which predictions of performance will be made for the many factor settings which you have not run.
